The purposes are as follows:
Contact form: The email address or phone number provided for contact will be used to respond effectively to the questions raised.
CV submission: The data contained in CVs will be used in recruitment processes, present and future, although the Owner reserves the right to delete the information provided.

The retention period will be as follows:
Contact form: The personal data provided will be kept while the relationship/link with MBI ABOGADOS, S.L. is maintained and for the periods required by applicable regulations. In other cases, the data will be kept until deletion is requested by the data subject.
CV submission: Data will be processed, from receipt, for a period of 1 year, unless the user requests cancellation earlier.
